Established in 2010, Joy Impressions & Prints is the “third child” of mum of two Tara.
Tara designs and creates unique pieces of personalised handprint, fingerprint and pawprint jewellery in her home studio in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish by Tara for a completely personal service.

Dot and Daisy Design is a small bespoke baby product business run by Victoria Holder, based in Silsden. Victoria studied Printed Textile Design at University, and since leaving 8 years ago, has worked on a freelance basis, creating bespoke stationery for all occasions, as well as business branding and also handmade and hand drawn gifts and illustrations. During the 2020 pandemic, Victoria focused more on creating bespoke products for nurseries and children's rooms, which gained a lot of popularity. Lister and Bruce
Lister & Bruce is an independent children’s sleepwear brand founded by two mums (and sisters-in-law) Helen and Claire from Yorkshire. They have a collection of beautifully soft, sleep specialist approved, 100% organic kids’ pyjamas and matching sleepsuits for sibling twinning.
MyJamas have a unique twist – clever cuffs. These are matching cuffs on the left and right, wrist and ankle; meaning children know which way round to pop them on at bedtime. Children simply put on their pyjama top first using the image on the front as a guide and then match up their coloured hands and feet. They don’t claim to be teaching kids how to get dressed but kids just love getting it right and it gives them a lovely little confidence boost right before they go to sleep.
The matching sleepsuits, (for newborns to 12 months) are also super soft with matching cuffs, although this is more of a nice design feature for little ones and allows parents to introduce different colours to their babies. The zip-up front also gives parents a break at those sleepy night-time changes, no more trying to match up the poppers at 3am!
The smaller sizes come with built in scratch mitts and enclosed feet, the 6-12 month design has open feet for crawlers and early walkers, along with extra-long cuffs to ensure they can keep up with growing limbs. They wash well and can also be tumble dried which was a must for the busy mums. The durability and quality of their products mean they can be passed down through the family.

Felt and Paper is run by Larisa, originally from Romania but now living in Yorkshire. She came to the UK 5 years ago and decided it is the right place for her. She makes felt creations and frosted paper flowers as a hobby.
She started crafting about 2 years ago when I was looking for something to fill her free time (She was spending too much time on her phone!)
She made the first baby mobile a few months ago when her partner became a grandfather and they were looking for a gift that was special and different.
She’s a bit of a perfectionist so everything she creates has to be exactly how she likes it, otherwise it ends up in the bin!
Because everything is handsewn, each piece is unique and can be personalised.

Lily & Kirkby
Lily and Kirkby was established as a consequence of their nephew's birth in 2008, when he was given a beautiful family heirloom – a pure wool blanket, which had kept the owners and their siblings cosy and warm in the 1970s but yet still looked brand new!
To their astonishment, wool blankets were very difficult to find, as the current trend seemed to be for man-made fibres (which they found that whenever babies were wrapped up in blankets made from man-made fibres they soon got sweaty and hot, whilst the wool blanket never seemed to cause this. They felt so passionate about bringing the wool baby blanket back into the home so they set out to find mills in the UK who can still produce them and from there, their business has flourished.
They have named the company 'Lily&Kirkby' - family names originating from the 1800s (also the era that the mills started in business). Their ancestors actually lived in the Yorkshire town where one of the mills is located, so they have kept it very much still 'in the family'. The mills employ both traditional and modern techniques from start to finish to produce our collection from the finest wools; Shetland, pure new wool, lambswool, mohair, merino or alpaca depending on the intended use. Their collection now includes baby blankets, throws, cushions, scarves, stoles, garden kneelers, hot water bottles and ruanas for you, your baby, your home, your garden, or your car.
